One of my favorite songs by Radical Face. Beautifully written.
Pretty funny guy from the documentary “Dark Days” by Marc Singer. Dark Days is a documentary about a group of people that live underground in New York City. I have yet to see it, but it looks very interesting and will hopefully see it soon

The Nausea by Jean-Paul Sartre was a great read for those who are interested in Existentialism. This novel is a diary of a man named Antoine Roquentin which includes various personal experiences of existence or the “Nausea”. It’s a bit of a slow read at first, but, again, if you are interested in existentialism it is a great read.
If a man who cannot count finds a four-leaf clover, is he lucky?
Here is an interesting site that has many interesting quotes from various interesting people.
Believe those who are seeking the truth. Doubt those who find it.
Quinoa is one of my favorite things to eat because “…quinoa has just 220 calories (per cup). Quinoa is a great source of healthy carbohydrates, and also provides 5 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein per serving.” I eat quinoa a lot because it’s a great substitute for eating meat due to it having all 8 essential amino acids pertinent to rebuilding our muscles. If you are vegetarian or just don’t always eat meat, like myself, quinoa will get you all the proteins you need.
Check out the link above to get some quinoa recipes as well as get a bit more info on this superfood.
